The Global Head of Travel Procurement categories is responsible for developing world class strategies, processes and tools designed to deliver results and annual operating plan for savings as well as service delivery excellence for each travel categories.
He/she reports to the Global Procurement Vice President. This position is directly responsible for Travel and Fleet Services strategy and execution. IT is based in Paris, la Défense.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop global travel program to meet travel needs, cost savings targets, and improve travel efficiency. Identify and deploy contemporary solutions for most cost effective and efficient travel solutions.
- Lead fleet programs to meet business needs for efficient programs globally.
- Partner with procurement network, site leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure the best solution execution.
- Deliver business results including productivity, supplier performance (quality and delivery).
- Consolidate fragmented global spend, reduce the utilization of non-strategic suppliers & rationalize the programs.
- Negotiate strategic agreements with travel services suppliers to maximize the benefits and synergize efforts.
- Identify and develop new/current global & regional suppliers who have the capacity and capability to meet the cost, quality and service needs of the business.
- Understand competitive trends in Travel Services markets for alternate services.
