We now have an exciting job for an experienced Fortinet Pre-sales Solution Consultant & Trainer ! Working from our Western European Center of Excellence (CoE), you will BE the designated SME for Fortinet in France, educating our partners and demonstrating to them how to get the most out of Fortinet solutions so that they can deliver the best services to their end customer.
In this job, your main working location will BE at Ingram Micro location in Lesquin (Northern France) In this role, you will report to Brian Verburg (Manager Cyber Security & Datacenter CoE), and work closely with stakeholders in France and across the EMEA region.
Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Evangelising Fortinet solutions amongst Ingram Micro's channel partner community.
- Educating various groups of people (i.e. Administrators and Engineers) on the various Fortinet solutions and their intricacies through technical demonstrations, webinars, and trainings.
- Being the single point-of-contact for various stakeholders across Western Europe regarding Fortinet.
- Establish effective relationships with key partners and customers.
- Supporting the continued growth, profitability and success of the Fortinet business for Ingram Micro.
- Pre-sales - assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
In this job you will BE working in a newly to BE formed team in France, who will dedicated to our new partner Fortinet. This means that the responsibilities and tasks as described hereabove might BE expanded or amended slightly.
Your profile
- 5 – 8 years experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales engineer.
- At least NSE6+ certified.
- Any other network and security technology certification is a plus.
- Proven track record experience as technical trainer.
- Extensive proven experience in a similar job, preferably within the Tech industry.
- Fluent in both French and English with which you can engage in conversation, give presentations, and convey messages at different levels. Enthusiastic about transferring knowledge to others.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
Education
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Graduate degree preferred.
