Vos missions

Main Responsibilities :
- Assist/participate in technical problem solving on site at EMEA VSS Semiconductor and PV customers as well as research institutes.
- Data collection on customer tools and assist in subsequent analysis of the gathered data and presentation of findings during quarterly business reviews (QBR) in customer meetings.
- Contribute to presentation and implementation of suggested and possible corrective or preventive measures for performance improvement including assembly / disassembly of the components, failure analysis and fault rectification on the Systems as well as the Leak Check of the system.
- Installation of System upgrades of the Cryogenic and the measurement controls (hardware and Software) as well as other equipment used in the chamber solutions Division.
- Periodic on-call 24/7 telephone response for technical and logistics customer enquiries via the GUTS hotline for CTI products only.
- Assist in customer acquisition and participation in after sales and new sales and support of the key account managers.
- Assist and participate in project work to aid continuous quality assurance and improvement relating to quality, Lifetime and Performance of CTI products and other chamber solutions equipment in close collaboration with the Product companies.
- Assist and participate in the administration of Service contracts, participate in forecasting, assist in tracking of resource and material needs, and support of Sales regarding extension of existing contracts as well as new service contracts.
- First line application support in order to ensure integration of the products on various tools at EMEA End users and OEMs.
- Assist and participate in diagnostics of CTI equipment status and participate in CTI equipment replacement timing decisions using Data from CTI Goldlink and the EdCentra diagnostics networks. Extend to other equipment used in chamber solutions.
- Contribute to the installation, modification, repair, testing, upgrade, diagnosis, and maintenance on Chamber solution system equipment hardware/software while adhering to the policies, procedures and work direction of the Service Manager.
- Submit service and status reports and other documentation as required by company policy and Service manager.
- Always maintain a safe and clean working environment by conforming to customer's work protocols and policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs and projects for both customers and to resolve issues.
- Productively respond to changing priorities such as Tool or Line down and escalations and support organizational and administrative duties.

Votre profil

Skills / Knowledge / Experience :
- Requires an associated degree or recognised diploma in a technical field with a technical certificate or equivalent.
- Requires a minimum of 3 years related work experience or proven track record in a technical industry sector.
